Myofascial Cupping

We use a hand operated vacuum pump which causes a suction action to pull up the fascia (the body’s connective tissue). This can be left on site for a prolonged period or moved along the tissue. This is great for Musculoskeletal Pain and Injuries, Sporting Injuries, Muscle Strains and Sprains and Muscle Imbalance and Tightness. Cupping should be pain free but if you are tender in any area there may be a little discomfort. Bruising will occur but will then disappear in several days

Soft and Deep Tissue Massage – Sports Massage is one of the most common and popular treatments. It helps release bad toxins in the body, increases the blood flow to the affected area which gets fresh oxygen to the muscles, and helps with loosening the muscles themselves. The massage can be performed at different levels of pressure to suit you. Sports massage can also be an important element of any pre and post competition activity to aid injury prevention.
B12 Injections – Vitamin B12 plays a key role in the production of red blood cells, which are essential for carrying oxygen throughout the body. This can help increase energy levels and combat fatigue. This injection will enhance your energy levels, immune system, improve your mood and clarity and even help reduce the risks of anemia linked to low iron in the body.

Vitamin C injections – Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps strengthen the immune system and protect the body from infections and illnesses. This injection will help with giving the immune system a much needed boost, assisting in collagen production in the body which helps maintain healthy skin, hair, and nails as well resulting in a brighter and more radiant complexion.
Strapping and Taping – Strapping and taping can be applied to most places in the body to help with support, structure, lymphatic drainage, injury prevention and rehabilitation after an injury. I can provide both general and Kinesio taping.
Dry Needling – Dry Needling is a safe, effective treatment where one or more needles are inserted into the muscular tissue and has been proven to provide fast results in relieving pain. They can be inserted into most regions of the musculature. It can be used as a stand alone treatment as well as in a treatment plan to ensure long term relief of pain, and increased physical functions

Rehabilitation Therapy – Rehabilitation therapy is available to help get you back to full fitness. Typically you will undertake a programme of exercises which will help with improving, conditioning and gaining strength and mobility.
Injury Assessment – A full Injury Assessment can support preventative therapy to reduce the risk of injury and make you more pain free. The assessment will include a variety of specific tests the results of which will inform the therapy required to manage and overcome any issues that have been highlighted.
